Cutting Kiwi

I checked this out this morning as I was making a fruit salad of sorts. It talks about all the ways of cutting and eating a kiwi fruit. You can even eat the skin!

    My son, 13, started liking them. I have a food delivery coming; and was confused last time when I bought them what part inside to eat (including the long part in the middle that is soft).. You can eat the skin? I have to check that out... (not sure I want to eat the skin..) lol
